Return Period:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please write your name and order number on the package. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible to send us back the product and pay for the shipping cost.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
– Opened or used consumable products
– Perishable goods
– Custom or personalized products
– Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges:
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item once approved, then make a new purchase for the desired product.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
